Refund Eligibility

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all new client engagements for our standard AI implementation services. To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must be made within 30 days of the initial service implementation.
• You must provide feedback on why the service did not meet your expectations.
• All access to implemented systems and software must be returned or discontinued.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@lushsoft.co.uk or through our contact page. Please include your company name, the service purchased, and the reason for your refund request.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exclusions

The following services and situations are excluded from our refund policy:

• Custom development projects that have been fully completed according to agreed specifications.
• Consulting hours that have already been delivered.
• Enterprise solutions that required significant customization and integration.
• Refund requests made after the 30-day period has expired.

Service Level Agreements

For ongoing service subscriptions, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period. Any service level agreements (SLAs) will be addressed according to the terms specified in your contract.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
